Our Return/Exchange Policy
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.
Exchanges: Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, exchanges may not always be possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged items: If for some reason your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom-made pieces, and personalized orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made and error with your order.
Please contact us before sending any return. We want to make the process as easy as possible and will work with you to find the best solution.
Thank you for supporting a small, handmade business and allowing us to crate something special just for you!
